Welcome to RecodeFlow (referred to as "RecodeFlow", "we", "us", or "the app"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the RecodeFlow application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, register, or use the RecodeFlow application.

2. Subscriptions & Lifetime Purchases

RecodeFlow offers standard core functions for free, alongside premium features which can be unlocked via active subscriptions or one-time lifetime purchases.

Subscription Models

Payment will be charged directly to your Apple App Store Account or Google Play Store Account upon confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the active billing period.
• You can manage, configure, or cancel your active subscriptions at any time directly through your App Store or Google Play Store account settings.

Lifetime Purchase Option

A lifetime purchase is a one-time charge that grants you access to premium tools for the lifetime of the application service. No recurring payments are required.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use RecodeFlow only for lawful purposes. Since all video processing runs 100% locally and offline on your physical hardware, you represent and warrant that you own or possess the legal rights, permissions, or licenses for all video and audio files you import or convert through RecodeFlow.

We assume no liability or responsibility for any copy protection, copyright infringement, or license issues arising from videos processed on your local system.

4. Disclaimer

RecodeFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, either express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Since the app relies on your system's physical processor (CPU) and graphics card (GPU) to run parallel conversions, actual processing performance is highly dependent on your local system specs.

5. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms of Use at any time. We will post modified versions on this page. Your continued use of the application following the posting of changes constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.
